What color do you want to paint the world today? Sunlight, with harsh ultraviolet rays, can quickly turn brown to tan, red to pink, or a deep blue to sky blue.

Arkema Inc. manufactured Kynar 500^® FSF^® PVDF resin is transparent to ultraviolet rays, and when combined with durable pigments through a strict licensing agreement with approved paint producers, it creates a coating system that prevents color from fading. Kynar 500^® FSF^® resin-based coatings are available in a rainbow of textures, sheens and colors, including metallics and pearlescents.

When ordering color samples from PPG, remember, the paint that PPG sells that contains Kynar 500^® PVDF resin is called Duranar^®and the Sherwin-Williams product that contains Kynar 500^® PVDF resin is called Fluoropon^®.
